  1. How does ‘Image Editing’ work?

    In today’s image editing outsource world, people are looking for someone who are capable of doing their work so that they can focus on develop their business. Image editing focuses exactly at this point. When you create a project and order a service for it, one of our skilled artists will be working on your project. They will edit your product and make the necessary adjustment required for its contrast and colors fixed. Moreover, you can request for a free revision if the completed work is not 100% of your satisfaction.

  2. Will you claim the copyright?

    No, we will not claim any copyright of the edited images submitted by the customers. The customers are always the only copyright owner.

  3. What can I do if I am unhappy with your work?

    Simply email our ‘Support’ team so that we can take immediate step on your given note. Remember, we assure you that we are capable of fulfilling your requirements successfully with a skilled team of image editing experts who are capable of handling the hardest possible editing tasks.

  4. How long do I need to wait for your work?

    We have a delivery turnaround strategy where 20-48 hours is our regular delivery turnaround. Beside this, if you are in rush with your job, simply you can have our “Express Service” with extra charges. You can easily select the delivery turnaround through our application.

  5. Do you accept RAW images online?

    Yes we do accept all types of RAW images from our client.

  6. Will my photos be safe with you?

    Yes, absolutely. We maintain a strict privacy policy. No third party could access your photos or edited photos created from your submission. We will never publish your photos unless you have given us your permission.

  7. What should I do if I cannot login?

    Email us directly to our support manager and he will take care of your matter right away. Alternatively, you can also send your all images through ‘Wetransfer’ or ‘Sendspace’ and send to our support team on: [email protected]

  8. What kind of file types do you accept?

    We accept photos formatted in JPG, PNG, PSD and RAW files like DNG, NEF, RW2, CR2, TIFF file format.

  9. How do I get a discount?

    We have special packages on Bulk quantity. If you have bulk quantity images then please email us on: [email protected]

  10. What is your payment method?

    Usually we charge through PayPal. If you are not familiar with PayPal, then you can transfer your amount directly to our bank account and it is called ‘bank transfer.’

  11. I don’t have Paypal or Credit Card, what should I use for payment?

    If you don’t have PayPal or credit card, then you can clear your payment through ‘bank transfer.’ Beside this, we also support ‘ACE’ and ‘WIRE transfer’ too.

  12. Who do you work with?

    We work with individual photographer, photo agencies, graphic designers, online fashion houses, online business holders, garment shops, media people and many more.

  13. How do I upload Images?

    You can easily upload your all images through our application & FTP.

  14. How do I download the processed images?

    We have our own tremendous application. When our teams are done with your job, you will get a notification where you can easily get a guideline/source to download your processed images.

  15. Do you offer direct FTP transfer?

    Yes, we do offer direct FTP transfer to our clients.

  16. How do I add instructions while using the application?

    The system has its own platform where moving forward step by step you will get a message box where you can easily note your detail instructions of your individual image.

  17. How much the file size for uploading?

    There is no limitation for file size. Just enjoy once you are uploading your file.
